Le Skylark, Pune
We are currently managing the IGBC certification process for a mixed-use development situated in the prime location of Pune. From the pre-design phase onwards, the project has been meticulously aligned with green building standards to ensure sustainable development.
Vivacity, Mauritius
We are working on obtaining LEED BD+C v4.1 certification for four G+6 office buildings at Viva City, Mauritius, covering a total of approximately 224,000 sq.ft. The project focuses on sustainable construction and operational practices, aiming for high environmental performance and energy efficiency.
Defense Quaters, Jaipur & Bharatpur
We are working on securing both SVA GRIHA and GRIHA certifications for the upcoming Defence Accommodations for the Indian National Army in Jaipur and Bharatpur. These G+2 buildings, with a cumulative area of 88,100 sq.ft, will be designed to meet high sustainability standards
Sub-Registrar Offices, Hingoli & Bhusaval
We are working on securing IGBC Service Building certification for two upcoming Sub Registrar offices in Hingoli and Bhusaval, with a collective area of 7,000 sq.ft. These buildings will be designed to meet IGBC's sustainability standards, focusing on energy efficiency and environmentally responsible construction practices.

Carbon Crediting Model for a city
This academic project focuses on developing a robust carbon crediting model for urban cities, aimed at reducing emissions and enhancing carbon sinks. It explores the integration of circularity in city-level projects, addressing regulatory gaps and market volatility while proposing policy interventions for sustainable climate action and resilience.
